I think Trump could’ve done better, but I don’t think he hurt himself much. Sometimes he got off-topic or focused too much on insulting Biden.
Biden looked confused (as evidence by his freeze up and some of the weird statements he made) and didn’t look particularly competent.
Hopefully Trump improves for the next debate.
