Appreciate you sharing it. That is a pretty diverse list with some names I did not expect and because I am an old fart, a few I have never heard of.
That list doesn't even contain the weird stuff like Black metal or Heilung, either

I wouldn’t doubt it if Kid Rock ends up with higher numbers. He’s extremely popular.
Outside of the maga online echo chamber , an affinity for Kid Rock is considered a sign of poor taste and low class

Tom Petty, the Who, etc., were NEVER going to screw the NFL during their performance.
Yes which is why the dominated the post-Nipplegate era with old man bland acts.
The shocking part is how Prince agreed to be sandwiched in there and put on the GOAT. By the time the Who put on one of the worst halftime shows ever, the NFL couldn't afford to be safe and boring anymore. Literally the next year it went back to pop acts.

I will not be watching Bad Bunny. I don’t even want to watch the game, honestly.

Does it? I don't get this line of thought.
I have been critical of SFP since I joined because we disagree on many things and from the amount of time I was a lurker. That said, he does bring out some uncomfortable truths that Conservatives shield their eyes from.

Kid Rock calling himself "the real Boss" is utterly laughable.

Put a dent in the Super Bowl? Not likely
The NFL “self-dented”. It has nothing to do with anything TPUSA or Kid Rock does. It’s their own dumb-fvckery that’s doing it. Now, cue the fudged ratings stats.

Not watching either. Is that too emotional?

Pretty much. Never been a big metal guy but loved the show Metalocalypse.

This Super Bowl will have major ratings problems.

That's literally the house Mayhem lived in where Dead killed himself
*ETA: I'm sure some of it has been redone in 30 years, but still.

The superbowl is a world wide event
The bad Bunny meltdown is insane and Kid Rock/Crazy Erika wont be putting a dent in it

How many people are going to turn off the SuperBowl, open the YouTube app on their TV to watch? I would presume most will leave the main TV on the SB, mute it, and pull it up on an iPad or a different TV. The SB official numbers will hardly dip, at all, which will become the story. It doesn't matter if 15% of the audience watches Kid Rock somewhere else (even though that would be pretty monster.)
I truly don't get the obsession with the ads, since they're almost all out weeks in advance.

It doesn't make the algo b/c I listened to a lifetime of classic rock between 1997 and 2013 or so, so it isn't played anymore. The Who is fine as a classic rock group. There may have even been a brief moment in time where I preferred them to Led Zeppelin (but I will deny this steadfastly). But the fact they don't make my algo anymore means nothing.

Petty came one year after the best HT show that ever was, or EVER WILL BE.
