Every single person in that church can sue him for violating their civil rights.

$100 days nothing more than a slap on the wrist happens.
If he was a house n, eeer I mean a republican he would already be under the jail. This is simply (D)ifferent.

The day after on his podcast he called these churchgoers, people he didn’t know, entitled White Supremist, basically saying that scaring them to think they were all going to die, was part of the process, the uncomfortable nature of protests. I mean, I’ve seen the clips, the mixing white people into the protesters, he said so it could look more MAGA, those were his comments, like he arranged it that was, this guy planned it, or was part of the planning, and you can determine all that, cause he filmed himself committing all these crimes; no wander a Grande Jury indicted him, he better take a plea, simple trespass, and hope everyone in that Church doesn’t sue him…

Want to take bets he isn’t convicted of a crime?
Most celebrities do skate on crimes that non-famous people get convicted of, that's true, but every now and then they don't.
And this could be one of those exceptions, and the reason I say that is because of the specific law he broke. It's the same law that keep protestors out on the sidewalk of abortion clinics.
I don't think the left wants to set a court precedent that would weaken that law.

It is a well known trend that a grand jury could indict a ham sandwich depending on the court. And some grand juries do not need a unanimous decision.

Lol no one is going to prison over this.
People went to prison under the Biden administration for violating the same law, and it wasn't even as egregious.
Why do you think that no one will this time?

At MOST, he'll plea to a lesser charge, offer a public apology and pay a small fine.
I'll ban-bet on that.

Y'all remember that this is to be prosecuted in federal court, right?
Not Minnesota.

You a lawyer?
Yes. Apparently a much better one than the current Louisiana AG, and he went to an elite top teir law school... but resides and works (maybe) in Shreveport, Louisiana.

He will be convicted and do some time for this. Gonna drain him financially as well trying to fight this. The left will try hard to make him some kind of hero, but he won't care too much about that when he's placed in genpop and the guards conveniently disappear for a while.
