Neither of these arrests are for what the Epstein Bros want: the abuse of underage girls.
Andrew and Mandelson were arrested for suspicious of divulging confidential information related to trade negotiations.
And arrested is a strong term, probably too strong.
Andrew was not cuffed or perp walked. He was questioned at a station for a few hours then released. He was not fingerprinted or booked. No charges have been filed.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this is more for show than substance.

Right. We will see how it goes, but this is better than nothing. Andrew is still under investigation and Mandelson is still being interrogated as we speak.

This. The scheme was literally too big to be exposed. So they just killed his arse and decided to move on. So many established politicians and prominent businesspeople all over the world neck deep in this shite it would effectively be a breakdown of the existing ruling class. Can’t have that.
Starting to strongly believe Epstein’s biggest scam was as a worldwide information broker who provided the conduit for the cash and information to change hands - and he took a skim of course. The underage girls were just a fringe benefit if you were into that sort of thing.
