Trump wanted a lot of chinese shite heavily taxed, and some on a ban list. Elon loves him some chinese dick, uses lots of chinese stuff in his factories and was not happy.

Big time Democrat he controls as head of nasa. And people still think Musk was doing this for the "love of his adopted country". Of course he'd be ok with sacrificing Tesla stock price to get his mass govt space cheese, spam and tang.
Trump needs to get NASA and space force up to par, so we aren't having to depend on people like Musk and bezos.

Jared Issacmon is well deserving of leading NASA and keeping the intended purpose in tact.
Dude is same as Elon and 100% supports humans becoming multi-planetary. He was one of the first to fly aboard Dragon and was the first to "spacewalk" for SpaceX.
Guarantee if he was in charge, Boeing's craft wouldn't have floundered or taken a dozen years to actually make a trip.

At first this drama felt like a losing venture for both Trump and Musk but now it feels like Trump is coming out ahead. Elon came off as entitled and childish while Trump’s idle threat about cancelling Elon’s government contracts was comparatively tame for a Trumpian quip.
I still like Elon, I just think he got to feeling more integral to the administration than he really was and perhaps had a bit of tunnel vision regarding the things he wanted.

I mean there are a lot of highly talented democratic voters running things at SpaceX.
She might’ve been extremely technically qualified, but in 2025 America appointing a woman who tweets about championing DEI initiatives is not gonna work.
