Well, I mean, I'm sure there is some sort of NDA in play here as well. These women came forward to get paid (and good for them, I say. Every penny of that dudes money should be split up between the girls he abused). Along with that I wouldn't be surprised if they were asked to sign NDAs. And I can only imagine that if they break those NDAs, having the money stop coming in would be the least of their concerns.

I can't imagine that a powerful person that's willing to kill if their name gets out is going to bank their entire life on a person honoring an NDA. It's called tying up loose ends. You don't wait around for them to squeal and then kill them after they've squealed. You would just kill them now before your name gets out.

Proving it. If they name someone and cant substantiate the accusation in court then they will be sued into oblivion. If some of these cases progress and witnesses start bargaining then this might gain critical mass.

Good question.... maybe....
-The "victims " were over the age of 18 when they cla8m to be victims.
-The actual underage victims have already settled lawsuits and signed NDA's.
-Insert whatever other reason you believe.
The bottom line is, all the folks thirsting for the steamy and sorrid details will NEVER get what they want!!
I can't understand why folks can't grasp this truth. Think of all the fricked off things the federal government has hidden from us..... there's your reason.
