I just tuned in and the first thing I saw was the EKU coaches on the sidelines and the shirts they are wearing. Asked my teenage daughter what those shirts referred to and then changed the channel.

I had the Marshall game on for less than a minute before I heard it. Hopefully they do this week one and it dies off. I’m not going to watch this season if this continues.

It used to be if you had 5 or 7 speaker surround sound (vs a sound bar) you could unplug the center speaker. You wouldn't hear the commentary anymore, it'd just be the game sounds, pads popping, and the stadium announcer. Not sure if that's true anymore though, and not going to tune in to find out.

They will at least do it for every team. They will need to show what cute shirts they made, show highlights of them holding hands across campus, and read their official statement then they will share their thoughts on it (ESPN's directed thoughts). It will be the same script for every game.
