don't know how lawyers who operate their finances like this can even turn in tax returns. They probably pay their accountants 5-figures every year.
This assumes they file their taxes or don’t make shite up out of whole cloth.
Look at the DA down in NOLA.

At some point, they can't keep playing the black Trump card to get out of all the shite they commit. When are people going to force them to own it.

I know quite a few attorneys with massive tax liens.

We rented a car for our holiday trip. My sister booked through her work account for the discount and used her personal card. We got a toll ticket in Texas that they billed to the corporate account. She showed up with a personal check to pay the company back for the toll.
Don’t know how it works if he has his own personal firm and if it’s ok to commingle personal and business funds on his business card.

People come into my law firm all the time with lots of cash.
I’m not an attorney but this guy really needs to shut up. He’s inviting all kinds of trouble into his life.

My clients pay me in cash all of the time.
I would never accept cash from a politician if they were repaying me for something

Daughter matriculated to college! She's an adult can ask her about daddy dropping cash!

So is the attorney going at the angle now that Willis hired him as a quid pro quo that he would file for divorce so they could be together?

Too late.

I have no clue why random people were making a privilege objection, because he clearly stated a non-legal reason for this timeframe.

Makes you wonder because now he’s going to have to explain large amounts of cash with no record of deposits.

Now, if your client pays you in cash, do you give him a receipt? Do you document, actually document, the hours billed against said cash and the balance remaining?
If so, you are light years ahead of this buffoon.

If the Biden admin is pissed at him for fricking this up, they may let the IRS take a look at him.

Yes.
People don't realize that it's not easy to spend large amounts of cash legally, especially for professional/white collar types.

Depend on what he was spending it on, but anything hitting on or near the $10K mark potentially sets up either a suspicious activity report or structuring charges.

If he doesn’t stfu they certainly will be. He’s already testified that he was reimbursed in cash that he never deposited and now he offers up that he has clients bring him large amounts of cash.
