She also failed to notify anyone on the prosecution team that she was fricking the special prosecutor. Kind of an important detail in such a high profile case but as she explained she’s a very private person.

then testified she didn't know she had to notify the county.
Funny thing is we all had to take ethics, right? It was even a separate exam to be licensed.
The appearance of impropriety standard was 100% covered in that class for public official recusals.
THE WHOLE POINT of a special prosecutor was that there had to be some sort of conflict in the DA’s office, right?
You’d think a lawyer would know they can’t frick the independent counsel you appointed because your office couldn’t ethically handle the case

Yeah, anytime I reimbursed a friend, $500 / $1,000 / $2500… I don’t use the cash app I have, I pay them cash. Also, the last 6x I traveled out of the country, I didn’t use CC’s or debit card… it was straight cash. The people I traveled with did the same. All cash homie.
And stores, travel agencies, plane tickets all accept cash but they also document it and you could have a paid invoice receipt emailed in seconds to take to court as documentation

Right, but a DA would seemingly be smart enough to know why you don't pay cash for everything. What if there is a dispute about whether something was paid or not? What if you pay someone for a job and they run off? No disputing the fee with your cc company. What if there is a question about improper payments? A DA would know that using cash is a great way to try to avoid any sort of trail for improper payments.
I'm starting to realize you are probably just fricking with everyone and being obtuse. I hope you are for your sake

There’s no telling how much this bitch was making under the table from leftists and the media.

Is there a way for the judge to subpoena text/phone/emails for both? Should be pretty easy to tell when the fricking started from that and end the he said, she said.

She had an earlier argument about how she had to change homes due to 'safety' issues.
OK.
But how safe is it to travel to a country in the heart of the shite-hole triangle with thousands in cash that you busily wave in the faces of locals?
There's plausibility in individual aspects of her testimony but they don't exactly hang together in totality.
What a shite show...

Now if they were brazen enough to try this on the grandest stage in world politics how many prior cases need to be looked at for impropriety in Fulton County?

Her daddy told her to keep thousands in cash in her friend’s condo.

The cash vs card thing is easy to see. Does she use the card on a normal basis? If so, her story is stupid. And if she is a cash person she should regularly be pulling large sums out of the bank to replenish her stash.
She is 100% a Democrat....lying is a way of life.

What is the standard in this case?

Your occupation is a pretty good indicator of if you’re the type of person who is likely to pay for a lot of things with cash. A weed dealer, or waitress that makes a lot of cash tips is likely to pay with cash. A DA that gets a regular salary that’s most likely direct deposited isn’t someone likely to pay for everything with cash.

I can see it now. She goes to buy a pack of gum:
Fani: Can I get cash back?
Worker: Yes.
Fani: Ok, I gunna need like $2,000.
Worker: Our limit is $20.
Fani: Shiiiit, I'm gunna need 100 more gums rang up separately.

The whole thing went exactly how I knew it would
She lied her arse off and the judge tried his best to protect her
If you are going to lie it really helps if you are intelligent
She ain’t no Bill Clinton

Do we know anything about this judge other than he was ready to GTFO at 5:15?
