When is the judge supposed to rule on whether she’s disqualified or not? Tomorrow?

You don’t much about the culture then. They’re glad to see one of their own make it in that world to where she can do that. Unethical and shitty behavior will be ignored.

They aren’t hiding behind the fact that they’ve placed racial and sexual identity above competence. Biden declared this proudly when nominating KBJ.

An entire culture has bought into the idea that merit and competence are not that critical. They want to represented first and foremost by someone who looks like them.

There’s no telling how much this bitch was making under the table from leftists and the media.

You would think the IRS would want to do a deep dive into why she couldn’t pay her taxes but she has loads of cash stashed in her house or wherever she lays her head.

Urban blacks love incompetence mixed with corruption.

Prove me wrong.

Spoiler alert: you can’t.

Kind of like the woman in charge of BLM buying a mansion and paying her family members exorbitant salaries while the plebes twist in their own poverty!

So why was she pissed? Unless she was watching and heard what he said.

100%. She came in pissed off and ready to fight back.

What strikes me is their willingness and ease with which they lie.

And the lies are sooooo bad it’s obvious.

And, judge looks weak AF.

wonder why he let Fani seemingly walk all over him today.

Maybe he's giving her the rope to let her hang herself??

This is exactly what he was doing. I think initially he didn't want her to create a spectacle in his court room, but eventually said f it & let her dig herself a deeper hole.

Someone asked in this thread, but after it was over the judge said he would not be ruling tomorrow. "Alot to take under advisement"

I thought he called the balls and strikes pretty evenly. He's aggravated at everybody - including Willis - for getting bogged down. Can't blame him.

I think he had good command of the proceedings.

The appearance of impropriety standard was 100% covered in that class for public official recusals.

I seriously doubt that the " reimbursement " using cash that nobody can account for does not cross the line above but the question is, I think, is just that alone enough to remove a prosecutor from a case?

I do not know if more is required . She is not a truthful person and neither is wade but the judge would have to write that opinion and I doubt he wants to do that:

Perhaps not reporting the relationship carries the day.

Ha ha. The IRS is going to investigate black men and women for tax evasion? That’s a laugh.

Don’t you freaking guys get it? The government bureaucracy is hell bent on getting rid of White supremacists, male and female, and MAGA deplorables.

That’s their mission. All of us know it now. We know because of the GOAT, Donald J. Trump.

The only things that matter are that she failed to report the personal relationship when she hired him to be the special prosecutor and that damn disclosure form.

If you’re a judge in Louisiana, you basically are required to report if a lawyer picks up the check for you at lunch. Even if it’s your college roommate or something. She hired the guy and doesn’t think she has to report him taking her to dinner, or document that she paid him $2500 in cash?

Plus - I’ve known of law firms where if you’re dating a coworker, their nepotism (CYA policy) has been that you’re under a duty to disclose the relationship, particularly if it’s a supervisor/subordinate situation. I cannot Imagine that a Gvt job wouldn’t have that crap.

I think those issues get both of them kicked off case.

It’s not the fact that she was fricking him that matters. It’s the fact that she had duties of disclosure and failed to disclose. That’s characterized as a misrepresentation under the law.

PLUS - I love how the Wade thinks that because he thought his marriage was over he was divorced.
