it should be and constitutionally is subject to the supervision of the head of the government, the President.
Do you?

Yes, a federal judge will consider this is intimidation.

You do realize trump spent his life in construction for projects like this, right?
That is why he is going... its right in his wheelhouse.

Yes, I do. I want to live in a constitutional republic as set out in the Constitution of the United States. So the person who should control the government and its powers should be the person elected by the processes prescribed by the constitution. The banking system shouldn't be in the control of unelected and unremovable boards any more than should the Army. More importantly, the constitution does not allow it to be.
If it's super important to have unelected bankers have unremoveable and unreviewable authority over the economy, write that into the constitution. The framers knew how to do that and they did it with the Supreme Court. They did not do that or anything like it with the banking system.
You haven't even tried to make any argument that the Fed is constitutional btw. Or responded to any of the points I made about the Fed exercising governmental and regulatory powers. Just scare tactics, selective quotation, and smoke blowing, which ultimately is all the Fed's defenders ever have.
You like the Fed because you're in finance and the Fed (and its revolving door from its board to the banks) is great for making bankers rich--it has been a very mixed bag in terms of managing the economy for the benefit of the American people, but has an unimpeachable track record of looking out for banks and bankers. That is neither a principled stance nor a constitutional one.
Now go ahead and pick out one line of what I wrote and write something distracting about it. It's all you've got.

This is awesome. Trump and Too Late.

The chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank should not be totally isolated from any accountability. That doesn’t breed independence, it breeds corruption. Even Article III judges can be impeached.

Now compare the the New Orleans Charity Hospital Renovation at $600,000.00 and 1,000,000 or $6.00 per Sq/Ft
What?

No. That would be you. The bureaucracies are out of control.

Careful. LSURussian claims he’s the biggest Trump supporter here.

But he's not.
I won't call you the idiot, but between the 2 of you, it's definitely not him.

I don’t really disagree the gist of your point but being independent of political leanings I do like. In theory…

Why should I when we have an internationally acclaimed constitutional scholar like you to tell us what is constitutional and unconstitutional?
Frankly, I don' know if the Federal Reserve is constitutional or not.
Although it seems to me with the constant Fed hate someone would have already asked the SCOTUS to rule on the issue.
Maybe you can start that effort and use your knowledge of the constitution to persuade the SC?

Ain't no way. I've never heard the Russian claim he was a Trump supporter or a MAGA/America First type. Dude is 1000% a supporter of the Federal Reserve and the Global Banking Cabal, most certainly a Country Club/Chamber of Commerce type Republican.

I thought it was a bizarre claim but he absolutely did.
