All this is, is the transcript of a 302.
None of us expected the information in it to include, "Oh hey, we fabricated parts of this months after the interview. We also destroyed the original 302 because it was benign and did nothing for us. We also forgot to explain that we abused the NSA 702 program to spy on Flynn and then we leaked the transcripts of his conversations. And as you can see, we had advanced knowledge of his conversations, which were all perfectly legal. So our entire purpose here was to run a perjury trap."

Not sure, but I don't think he's going to need to.
The Judge has pushed back his sentencing several times now for a reason.
The Judge appears to believe that the prosecution withheld exculpatory evidence. He's made requests for documents that the FBI has stonewalled turning over.
I suspect he's on the verge of tossing the entire thing, but he's probably catching serious political heat over it too.
