You think he had time for another step? Like I said before the only reason he wast ran over is because her tires lost traction. He only got the one step because her wheels were point directly at him at first movement from reverse and then turning to the right as traction was regained. By then he had already fired his first shot through the windshield

If her intent was dead set on running over that agent, she should have floored it right after he creeped around the backside to go walk across the front of her vehicle.

The US Supreme Court won't be his judge or jury. Also, the threat is over as soon as he clears the vehicle and has already made his first shot.
