That being said, one of the most-important roles of the Judiciary is to prevent the Executive and/or the Legislative branches from violating the Constitution.

The President certainly has the right to administer the Executive Branch … subject to the limitations of the Constitution. It is the role of the Judicial Branch to enforce those limitations.

No Cathey Newman. I just happen to believe an unelected judge who is a foreign national still allegiant to his native country should NOT be overturning or blocking US presidential orders. Relentless Aggy, I personally don't want a foreign born, naturalized or not, to be a judge or even be in Congress for the same reason the President can't be foreign born.
