I don't care if he's Canadian, Canary Islander, or Cantonese! He's not American, but telling our President what he can and can't do, and it doesn't bother you?!

First, he is an American citizen, so please stop repeating the Libs of TikTok lie.

That being said, one of the most-important roles of the Judiciary is to prevent the Executive and/or the Legislative branches from violating the Constitution.

And where is the right to a security clearance in the Constitution?

And don't give me that First Amendment bullshite I've seen you spout in this thread. The President has unfettered discretion on this issue. This judge should be arrested for national security violations.

It isn't.

I can only point you in the right direction. I cannot make you understand the issue.

Is Ted Cruz telling The President of the United States who can and can’t hold security clearances?

If not, your argument is a strawman.

No, it was just a light-hearted way to demonstrate the utter unimportance of the judge's birthplace.

So in your view, the leader of the Executive branch shouldn’t be able to administer the Executive Branch…correct?

No, but you are seldom correct about anything, because you have a simplistic outlook upon pretty much everything.

The President certainly has the right to administer the Executive Branch … subject to the limitations of the Constitution. It is the role of the Judicial Branch to enforce those limitations.

So what has Trump done that is unconstitutional as it relates to this ruling?

Sure thing Hank.

Remember when you wanted to chop off little boy’s peckers and little girl’s breasts?

Talk about being wrong…

As outlined in detail in the linked judicial Opinion, he violated the First Amendment by retaliating against Zain for protected speech. If you want the details, feel free to read the Opinion.

I have never taken that position. You are a very confused person.

No Cathey Newman. I just happen to believe an unelected judge who is a foreign national still allegiant to his native country should NOT be overturning or blocking US presidential orders. Let the Boasbergs of the world do this. Why the frick are we allowing people with dual citizenships to be federal judges, anyway? This is madness.

This take is obvious and isn’t even remotely controversial. Don’t let the TDS rot your brain on this one.

Is this Zain guy an American that has these protections?

And yes, I don’t believe just because you are here you get to come here and disrespect our nation.

Were the judges parents Americans citizens like Ted Cruz’s?

Or did your strawman get more straws?

Bandit84 I absolutely agree. This has to be changed, but it wont. Liberals (Anti-America) will not allow something positive to happen to help strengthen our country.

Relentless Aggy, I personally don't want a foreign born, naturalized or not, to be a judge or even be in Congress for the same reason the President can't be foreign born.

Common sense. We need to get this taken care of if we want to get America back on the right track.

Are precedents considered laws or are they merely a previous judge's/court's opinion?
