To those saying no Ex President will ever be indicted, you are out of your minds.
Should Biden be elected and the Dems get control of Congress in both houses, they will go after Trump and everyone associated with him with a fury, aided by the media.
They will have him indicted in short order, probably members of his Cabinet and family, and if they get him in front of one of those "judges" in DC it's over.

I agree with you...the media and foaming at the mouth rabid TDS infested Dems will see to it that Trump pays. Obama won't because of his skin color and because he is a liberal...we know this unfortunately based on the power of the media to control the narrative. But you're spot on about Trump. Step back from the edge kid, quite a few things you should be considering here. First, prosecuting a former president and VP would be extremely difficult, and not entirely productive. They are transients in office, the ones that need prosecuting are career SES-level and below personnel. Those with entrenched interests that can span several administrations. Taking away their pensions, setting them as an example to their groomed replacements is much more important in the long term.
