Fascism in the genes, and no matter how hard they try to repress it always rears its head when the chips are on the table. Kinda like me, as I’m inclined to impulsive aggression when hit from the blind side. I’ll whack and curse a brier if if catches me in the ear. Otherwise I try to go the Jesus route. Life is a worthy challenge if one chooses to view it as such.

Okay. I guess I need to spell it out more clearly for you.
Focus on why the frick this new/prospective policy is rational in light of, as you point out, it being like our Patriot Act.
Do you genuinely believe this is strictly about terrorism where "terrorism" is defined like it was, say, 25 years ago?
