True fact: 99% of boomers actually believe this

Don't hold your breath... he's quite overwrought and has a hard time keeping his feefees under control. Even when or if you agree with certain points.

Tucker actually blamed Gen X as well. He specifically targeted Conservatives. He also excused young smart kids ... "really smart kids" ... because, afterall, they are stupid. They are so stupid in Tucker's mindset that they willingly fall for every credit gimmick out there ... because ... you know ... they're just kids.
I dont think thats what hes saying at all. Hes saying there are young people that see through the bullshite of the "boomer path to success" and see the degeneracy associated with "make money at the expense of ruining the lives of others" Yes when you are making money charging ridiculous interest rates to young, dumb, desperate people, you are in fact a terrible person. The Bible actually portrays usury as immoral especially amongst your neighbors

what percentage of "young people" do you think even went to college, much less an expensive one?
Never ask a question that you dint already know the answer to

Frick you. Frick Tucker. I am one year removed from being a boomer. I have a 28 year old daughter and a 27 year old son. One has owned 2 houses and the other is renting. I love them both dearly, but ultimately It comes down to choices they have made when it comes to home ownership.

neither of my parents grew up with 5 people in a 1500 sq ft house
that's how poor people lived.
It really is.
MEDIAN home size in the early 1970's was 1400 sq-ft.
If you argue like a stupid person, you're going to get treated like a stupid person.

Boomers made the rules, profited, then made the rules to frick the younger generations. It’s amazing how sorry of a generation they are. They will leave this place worse off than they inherited it.

some of you are great but your generation fricked this country up for the benefit of themselves.
Can you explain this with facts/policy /etc.?

Weve had this discussion multiple times in multiple threads. You probably dont remember because you are old. I use actual numbers and facts, you use insults and deflection because thats all you have. You have to do that because there are no numbers that support your arguments. Your generation will leave this world in much much worse state that what you inherited. Arguing otherwise is like arguing that water isnt wet or the sky isnt blue

I support the crash of the housing market. The values are artificially inflated ans boomers would rather continue to flood this country with millions of immigrants that keep housing prices elevated than secure our borders and execute mass deportations to drop housing prices and correct the market

We didn’t live the same lifestyle as they do now. That’s what they always leave out.

Privatize the profits, socialize the losses
And people wonder how the likes of Mandhami and AOC get elected. Why not try actual socialism if the elites are already practicing crony socialism

Actual mass deportations (not this pussyfoot crap we are currently getting) and ending H1B/OPT/other work visas would cause housing prices to drop like a rock
This is the real reason older voters support these programs and don't want mass deportations

quote:See, the problem is you really have no idea what you're talking about, and that is critical. Your perception is not reality, but I recognize it is "your truth."
that see through the bullshite of the "boomer path to success"
For example, an apparently Google-inept, internetless, younger-than-GenX nitwit just posted that only poor boomer families grew up in 1500 sq-ft homes. In reality, 1500 sq-ft was above average for that timeframe. A very quick running of an internet search, rather than running of his mouth, would have gotten him those numbers.
Don't be that guy.
Now then let's talk about "the bullshite of the boomer path to success." What is your perception of "the boomer path to success"?

How home size is growing. Yeah, of course prices go up. Duh. Not to mention all the fancy amenities they have for new houses now. Boat port?Nah, that wasn’t normal.
