From the teachers perspective they still have to be up, get ready and be at the school to hold class at the same times they always would. I have yet to hear any current teacher think virtual is easier or faster. Most hate it and want to return to in person classes because virtual makes everything slow down to a crawl.
Yea. I know not a single teacher enjoying the experience.
Any teacher with a few years under their belt would be rolling with a nice established program now and is instead having to recreate their whole year from the ground up in the virtual environment.
When I added the if it happened to my last post this was one of a couple red flags

You had me up until this. I know teachers in 3 different states and they are all working and holding virtual classes from the schools. From the teachers perspective they still have to be up, get ready and be at the school to hold class at the same times they always would. I have yet to hear any current teacher think virtual is easier or faster. Most hate it and want to return to in person classes because virtual makes everything slow down to a crawl. Most if not all counties in GA(I know a few in paulding county) from my understanding are having in-person school along with virtual so what these teachers describe doesn’t make sense.
Well, you’re just wrong in your assumptions.
I know too many teachers to count. I work directly with schools. One of my brother in laws is a teacher and a coach in Cobb County. He is teaching virtually from school. One of my sisters is a teacher in APS. They are virtually teaching from home, it is not mandatory that they virtually teach from school.
So you’re just incorrect.

You found 3 Biden voters. There are millions of them. There are millions of Trump voters. You could probably have dinner with 3 of them. This is worth a great wall of concern?
Some other guy said I did it for validation.

Yea- I stand by that you didn’t feel successful at dinner (if it happened) so you came to collect your pats on the back here.

Well, it wasn’t a discussion that revolved around anyone being “successful.” More just observations and exchanges.
But I don’t mind if you choose to think otherwise.

I asked them if they knew Robert Byrd was a former Klansman. They didn’t know who he was and asked if he endorsed Trump. I said he was a former senator and Biden’s mentor. They replied with blank stares and frozen faces.

And all three admitted that’s it’s really safe to return to the classroom now, they just don’t want to. They like working from home, not having to get up as early, not have to fix up, just remain comfortable, and the teaching itself is faster and easier. They are pushing for virtual until 2021 and said they hope chinavirus cases spike so school systems will be pressured to keep virtual.

Said she just wants things to return to normal, for the constant negativity from the media to stop. Said if Biden gets in then the anger and madness will stop from people, so fine, give it to them. Just make it stop.
This is why CNN has its DOOM and Gloom Death tracker up 24/7 on their channel, all they talk about is death and destruction. They want people like your friends to be maxxed out and want to return to "normal" so vote for the other guy. Guess what, this won't stop with Trump. If our country cannot figure out the Media is the problem and find a way to deal with it, we will be hurting for a long time.

There is a major difference between virtual teaching from home vs having to go into the physical school building to virtual teach.
The former is wayyyyyyyyyyy more convenient than the latter.
I doubt educational outcomes are any different either way.

Did you get an answer when you asked if they are good with Biden/Harris stacking the Supreme Court?
