I really don’t care. Most talented artists are crazy people and shouldn’t be taken seriously.

I care what they say. Whomever they say to vote for, I vote the opposite.

I think it's incredibly stupid for anyone in the public eye whose income is derived from their (or their company's) popularity to take any kind of political stand. It's the third rail to ruin alienating half of your customer base, yet dumbasses do it over and over.

Shut up, play ball, act in your film, sell your beer, run your restaurants, but don't shove your agenda in my face.

[quote]1) Do you generally pay much attention to these people or give much weight to what they have to say?

No.

2) Do you think it's appropriate for them to use awards shows to push their various agendas?

It’s a free country.

3) Did you prefer it when late-night talk shows were almost exclusively focused on entertainment, or do you prefer the highly political direction followed by hosts like Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert.

I want to be entertained, and not lectured. So dance, monkey. Dance!

Anyone who gives two shits what celebrities and athletes have to say when it comes to politics is fricked in the head and shouldn’t be allowed to vote. This goes for people on either side.

Famous people make themselves feel way more important than they are

Why would I care what they think? Their opinion doesn’t matter anymore than mine, yours, or anyone else on TD. They’re just people who happen to be famous. Big whoop. They still pee and poop the same as you and I.

And you can reach the same amount of people as they do too right ?

This issue hasn't changed since Hanoi Jane planted her cute little arse on a AAA turret in 'Nam.

They've been pushing Leftist ideas and candidates for 50 + years and the last Trump victory doesn't seem to taught them anything.

Shut up and act, Shut up and dribble. Shut up and catch the damn ball.

Most people, if not literally all, in Hollywood and the movie business want to be there because they want to work and live in a pretend world. This is true with writers produce, actors and directors. Exceptions are Reagan, Eastwood and a few in the very small majority.

No.
No.
Don't watch.

I think it's outrageous that those stupid MFs think that just because they played in a popular movie that they can guide us down the path of stupidity and destruction.

Even singers and songwriters that come out for the leftist get a permanent ban hammer from me.

Considering most entertainers are scumbags and their personal lives are a disaster - why give them any air time.

Not one bit.

I have no problem with this. Like it or not, they have “earned” their platforms and are free to do with it what they wish.

No one GAF about late night talk shows anymore. Times have changed.

It’s annoying when they ruin their whole reputation by spewing liberal vomit.

I want all the classic actors in ai for all new movies. I would like all the current celebrities assigned to third world brothels.
