That’s the point. It’s corporate welfare.
It’s a redistribution of money.

Each laid-up birthing sow product is worth a fortune in monthly Snapping.

“They get way more than that"
Think WIC is is where the big checks come in. Not that familiar with that he system though.

Christ. There is no incentive to limit the number of children you have, that you admit you can't keep fed on your own. So, you rely on the Federal government (tax payers) to pay for your bad choices. Then, you get angry when your taxpayer funded bad choice is late with your money.

One huge thing that could be cut out is their ability to utilize EBT at convenience stores and for hot meals... However, there is a huge lobby that pushes for their ability to use EBT at those stores...

Eventually people will start to connect the dots and figure out that the problem is the corporations that allow this structure and not the people taking advantage of the system.

Bottom line - If you conduct your life in such a manner that you cannot provide for yourself and just subsist on government handouts when otherwise able to work, your kids should be moved into care of the state and the freeloader should be sterilized.
They already failed their children. There's no good that can come from bringing more into the world when you're dependent on the efforts of others just to survive.

She would need 10 or more people on her SNAP case to receive that much.

When there is significant financial incentive for people to not get married, the system is broken.
My wife and I could both easily live much more comfortably if we got a divorce and decided we had no pride and were ok with gaming the system. That's not ok. You can't have that as an option and not expect people to capitalize on it.

I'm an every day grocery shopper. When I'm behind an EBT customer in the checkout I see what they're buying. The most common product is not really food. It's those big 2 liter bottles of soda pop. A bunch of bottles in different flavors. Zero nutritional value for the children. The second most common item is big bags of chips. If you checked the weight on those bags they are more expensive per ounce than meat. And again, no nutrional value at all.
