I voted for the law to be enforced and I will continue to vie that way until my rights are infringed. I couldn’t care less about the rights of illegal immigrants or the people that defend them. In fact, the only people I care about less than those listed above are white liberal bleeding hearts that choose to push a false narrative. I’ll worry about ICE when they come to my home or my job and attempt to arrest me or people like me for not breaking the law.

Interfering with law enforcement charge isn’t about your feelings or abuse. At all. Supreme Court has ruled on this many times.
If I interrupted questioning, it would be.

Yelling standing 70 feet away, isn’t.
Do you realize how few of these cases of “interfering” actually gets charged as such? Because they either aren’t or are down stream of officer misconduct that the behavior is inadmissible.

This is what I have been saying since all this started. You can protest there is zero issues with that and it is a constitutional right. Once you interfere with whatever law enforcement is doing regardless of which one it is all bets are off and good luck. Also, they only show when the person is getting jacked up now how they got to that point. Not sure why people still haven’t understood that.

Absolutely it is. If I feel you are impeding or opposing my federal duties you will be detained and or assaulted. These people know this and still do it on purpose.
18 U.S.C. 111 - Assaulting or Impeding a Federal Officer states
