Goldberg should be tried for treason. He decided to leak vital military information.
Everyone else is innocent in all of this. Trump talked to Waltz and everything is fine now. Mistakes were made, but Goldberg has decided to betray his country and put our military in danger. Sickening.

This shouldn’t bother you. That’s SOP for Democrats. Hell, you should barely even notice

The bits and pieces I've seen indicate Goldberg was intentionally invited in on the "chat". There isn't yet any talk about subterfuge whereby some mole allowed Goldberg on the chat with unsuspecting members of the Trump administration. SMFH about this whole episode.

Was the military strike successful? That’s all that matters. FYI, the answer is yes.

Then TG and Hegshit lied saying it wasn't classified info. You can't have it both ways. They should both resign
OMG!!! So many around here are fricking intolerable. Seriously, either willfully ignorant or just fricking stupid. Really.

This isn't complicated.
If signal is an allowed comm tool by policy:
Then someone in IT at the pentagon or wherever should be fired for lack of controls. They should support their classified comm tools. It should be investigated if the journalist was added intentionally. If so walz should be prosecuted. If the journalist intentionally and knowingly released classified materials, he should be prosecuted.
If it is not an allowed comm tool by policy, and has not been understood to be widely used, all the users should be fired and prosecuted if they used it to comm classified material. It should be investigated if the journalist was added intentionally. If so walz should be prosecuted. If the journalist intentionally and knowingly released classified materials, he should be prosecuted.
If it is not an allowed comm tool by policy, and is understood to be widely used. (This seems very likely now that we know it started being used by Obama's admin) This type of thing happens where new staff is trained or told "how things are done" and assume it is policy. The new admin/staff onboarding process needs to be addressed so this type of thing doesn't happen. It should be investigated if the journalist was added intentionally. If so walz should be prosecuted. If the journalist intentionally and knowingly released classified materials, he should be prosecuted.

You’re more concerned with Goldberg than the people who screwed up? lol
The noted liar Goldberg? Yes. Whomever added him to the signal chat fricked up and should absolutely resign or be fired but Goldberg is also a man who has no qualms with completely making things up when it comes to Trump.

If the information shared on the Signal Group chat was indeed classified then Goldberg will need to explain why he didn't immediately contact Team Trump and let them know the Signal Group chat appears to have been compromised with unauthorized persons being in the chat. He knew he wasn't supposed to be part of the chat so he needs to explain his behavior and decision making on his participation in an unauthorized chat in detail, under oath.
