We need high-quality immigrants with values that mirror what our Founding Fathers envisioned.

That's why I stated in my post earlier, the Government needs to set up a system to help them come here legally, if there is a job for them, and no more asylum and freebies...If they aren't living in the shadows, they are not as likely to get taken advantage of by employers..Everyone benefits that way..

There is already a process for employers to import labor that is legit unavailable/too scarce in the country. All the gov't needs to do at this point is shut the border down completely.

You are right, but the system is bogged down by BS beaurocracy...They need a system where if an employer has a legitimate need for a laborer and can't fill the vacancy locally, they can get one in 1 to 3 weeks. Have a list of workers on standby waiting for their chance...

No. We're not talking about laborers. We do not have a shortage of able bodied Americans capable of doing manual/semi-skilled labor.

The process is for employers needing to find legit scarce skillsets.

The idea of a boot on the throat of white people is absurd and even funny

I have 2 children. I would've had 4 if I could afford it. That would have been 2 more taxpayers Americans in a generation. Possibly 10 in 2 generations. This country is it's own worst enemy when it comes to birthrates. It subsidizes larger families for those that take in tax money but doesn't do enough to help those that make tax money.

You can afford to have more, but not the lifestyle a person living in an affluent society would come to expect. This is a phenomenon across many developed societies, emerging ones as well. Its linear.

AZHorn- I live in Houston, met my wife here (a Mexican-American), I don't think people in other areas understand how important the Latin Community, particularly, Mexicans are to a lot of Texas cities. Houston politically may be run by liberal (and corrupt) blacks/whites (and a mentally ill Columbian woman), but the real work force is Mexican-Americans. I venture to say that 80% of construction workers, plumbers, welders, electricians, car technicians, chefs and just about every real worker here is Mexican. They keep this city running- without them, this city would collapse in days. Funny thing is, most of the grass cutter and non-skilled workers are not Mexican, those jobs have been passed to people (and illegals) from the Central American countries and beyond. The problem for us is exactly how many more grass cutters do we need?? The government is so worried about votes they have turned a blind eye on the fact there are too many illegals that will never get real jobs and will never assimilate to American culture. This is why we need to close the border, protect and allow those that come here legally and have skills that can be beneficial to this country. My wife is 2nd generation American, her parents did not speak English until they were in their early 30's and by the time my wife was born, they spoke to her in English to help her adapt more to regular American ways. Of note, my wife is very proud of her culture, and like most of the Mexican Americans I know, are conservative and love Trump. Just goes to show the media lies and doesn't know shite!

Riley Gaines', she of the Will Thomas swimming controversy, husband is from England, has a degree from Kentucky & owns his own construction company. He's been trying to get his green card for 2+ years & counting. Go to any Home Deport early in the a.m. & there are large groups of however you want to describe them waiting tor company foremen to drive by & hire them for the day. NOT the best of the best.

Another option would be to abolish the Department of Education. End the woke and dei shite that is destroying our nation.
Teach children to be proud of America.
The rest would take care of itself.

There's the rub. Certain things I can do without, but my children go to private school(non-negotiable with the state of public schools now). I don't know if I could cut $1500 out of my budget monthly with inflation as bad as it is. (Thos is just a thought exercise. I'm 42 and I'm not having any more kids.)

Let me know when conservative Catholic Hispanics are voting +50% America First/MAGA, then we have have a serious discussion about the benefits of unfettered illegal immigration.

The same group seems to want unchecked migration while telling us automation and robotics and AI will reduce the need for workers. That seems odd.

And abortion, and they promote homosexuality, and discourage normal heterosexual relationships, they discourage having children, they say there need to be fewer people on the planet, they encourage self destructive hedonism, they encourage drug use, they tell you that white people are inherently evil.

To that I would say be careful what you wish for. They would probably turn into DEMs here pretty quickly and want to take gun rights away pretty quickly too. They live in a country that doesn't allow free speech now. Who knows what kind of people they are. They're probably like the morons leaving California, they never learn where they went wrong and vote for the same crap all over again.
