What's funny is a lot of us are big frickers...I'm 6'5 on a regular frame, so I'm only 225.

I’m 268. If I get below 240, people start saying I look sickly. That’s why I say I’m about 25 over.

Then why the fuxk would you go to the ER? This is like problem #1 in our healthcare system. Non emergency visits to the ER

A) it was me and one other dude with hemorrhoids there so I don’t think I put a strain on the healthcare system

B) I had no idea what my oxygen level was until they took it

C) I didn’t go two days ago when I had the other symptoms (diarrhea and no taste) nor would I have went with those symptoms but when my breathing became tight I went to get tested. I’m 55 and figured once that aspect of Covid was going on, I better go see.

I don’t see where this is a weak moment or really overkill.

Patients can get secondary bacterial infections on top of their viral infections.

That’s likely what is trying to be prevented.

if you are reinfected more than once, you probably had the flu on one of those occasions

When I was diagnosed COVID in December, I had loss of smell, fatigue and fever for one day. Tested positive on a quick test and then again at the doctor’s office. If it was the flu, it’s the first time I ever had that level of prolonged fatigue and a loss of smell with the flu.

It used to be a somewhat common side effect of the flu - losing taste etc

Apparently everyone magically forgot that after 2019

If you can outsmart your tech overlords you can find tons of articles predating 2020 where this symptom was often tied to the flu or colds

Don’t really consider myself obese at all. Probably 25 lbs over on a 6’5 large frame.

This is why i tell people to go get vaccinated. fricking fatties wont admit they are fricking fat. Its insane

if you say you have 25 to lose, you really have 40-50 to lose.

What is your weight?

no you fricking dont and at 268 you arent 25 over. Just as I suspected you are pretty much very much obese. at 240 you are still very much overweight.

yea all those pro athletes that are 6'5 and 225 are so sickly looking....

no offense, Meatcleaver but you had a year to not be a fatty....you chose to be in this situation. Hope you get better and its a wake up call that you need to get down to about 225 especially at your age.

If you got the rapid test, it tests for antibodies, not the Rona

Had a friend pass away yesterday morning. She was Hispanic, diabetic, and about 40 pounds overweight.
Began as. Covid. Progressed to double pneumonia. Ended up with blood clots.
Apparently the Hispanic and Latinx communities have a 49% higher chance of death if they have diabetes and obese - and covid creates blood clots.
But, Covid did not kill her. Germ warfare did.

Glad you're getting better. I see you've angered the smooth brain Facebook doctors of TD...

Considering this is your second infection you might want to reconsider whatever your behavior is that keeps get you exposed.
