These women will still find a way to get their abortion. Do you really think a short drive or flight to a nearby state will discourage them from getting one?
You gotta remember these women are pretty much cold and heartless so they will do what they have to do. A $500 plane ticket is cheaper than raising a child, to them.

If they do not want the baby they can give it up for adoption. There is a waiting list for new born babies to be adopted.
The wait with a private child adoption agency can also depend on whether the agency uses a fixed waiting list or a pooling/profile program. In general, waiting periods vary from about 6 months up to several years.
If they decide to keep the baby for welfare, then limits should be put on how many babies can allow the mother to collect welfare.
