Hot yoga is hellish. Not demonic.

This is good marketing. Plug the name of your Pilates studio.

Moving my body around isn’t inviting anything but soreness.

The exercise without meditation should be ok

The poses themselves are worship poses for pagan deities. This is not hidden information, they are even named after the deities.

Lord, I forgot about this insanity

Assuming this is true, so what?
If you believe in God, there is no threat because these pagan deities don't exist and it's harmless unless intentionally done to reject God.
If you are arguing these Pagan deities can use this worship to affect a person, then the Christian god doesn't exist.

Coming at this from a Christian (theological) perspective, I realize you are not particularly religous.
But the Christian belief is that these deities actually are real spiritual forces, or they are at least representing themselves as some "Pagan or Hindu god". Where in fact, they are basically demons. (Note: in the Christian Tradition, demons prefer to present themselves in a much softer/lighter perspective than people typically think they would)
The Christian belief is that these are real deities, and we are in a spiritual war with these forces daily. And they come to us in many forms.

You are the one who asked the question. Millions of people went to Mass or Church today just in America alone. Yet a large % of those Christians would probably scoff at any discussions of malignant forces in the world being mentioned.
Which I would say, "either your worldview starts with the fact that a man 2000 years ago rose from the dead and went into heaven, or you are wasting your time here", and if you do believe in the Resurrection and the Trinity, then why does something like spiritual warfare seem so out of bounds to your belief system.
And I get it, if you are not religious or atheist. But I am coming at it as if someone was or claimed to be.

I actually made a statement, and my statement still stands.
You don't realize the absurdity of your argument regarding "demons". Do you know why I made the refence I did? Because...
Same logic involved.

Because that wasn't really the core of the message of Jesus.

My comment provided a path for God to be real. It doesn't require an atheist worldview or reality. In fact, neither option presented involved an atheistic worldview or reality.
If you are using Yoga as a way to intentionally reject God/Jesus, then sure, you have a point. I imagine this population is extraordinarily small, dwarfed by people who enjoy the stretching and core workout.
