You may need to start a new thread. This is getting very weird. Steve Baker and others or all of them went to Thomas Massie as whistle blowers claiming Patel, Bondi are incompetent or covering up.
Thomas Massie seems to be trying to take down Trump and Vance in credibility via Bondi and Patel. Remember his guy is Meatball's guy..
Also, Thomas Massie was the ONLY person on twitter that tweeted about this so quickly. Add in Seraphin who HATES Patel and wa-la...It looks like a set up.
Steve Baker and Glenn Beck are up to no damned good.

TRUMP needs to super-expose this!!!!!!

Massie has been a douche recently on a lot of things, but he and Baker are exposing themselves to a massive nosedive in credibility at best, and massive liability at worst.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think Massie goes out on this limb unless he has reason to, and Baker alone making this claim wouldn’t be a good enough reason.

It's funny you mention that it's weird.
No fewer than 3 times have I seen pundits describe this entire situation as weird.
It's been nearly a week and we don't have a lawsuit with a lawyer condemning the blaze, and the FBI only sent a reply to a reporter, can't recall which, that they 500k reward is still claimable?
I like this mega thread because of all of the lefts and right turns. Ha.
Hopefully it gets resolved quickly. People are noticing.

Former Capitol police chief Steven Sund has been tweeting about it quite a bit since early on.

As mentioned, I respect Julie Kelly for her prior reporting AND Seraphin seems a bit sketchy, but in trying to choose between the two, this is the first time I have started to favor Seraphin over Kelly.
Massie is one of the two subcommittee chairmen who are leading oversight of the FBI investigation of the pipe bomber. He has been outspoken on the subject for many years. The House report he put out in January (before Trump 2.0) is excellent and points out many lapses by the Autopen Adimistration FBI.
Massie is a logical recipient of Whistleblower informed on this.

I think one of the keys to finding the pipe bomber is this FBI Agent who lied to Congress about the relevant cellphone data being corrupted.

Literally the first mainstream news coverage of this from the ABC affiliate in D.C.:

Massive has questioned him. He danced around the questions
Not sure of his current role in the FBI

I do not trust Seraphin at all, but it is valid with regards to the timing of surveillance and what Julie is proposing.
The neighbor, whom she interviewed said his evangelical friend was using his card to go to J6. Is that what placed him under surveillance to begin with?
The absolute one in a billion chance the neighbor was Shauni and had the injury gait.

Seraphin is annoying and self-centered...but after listening to him more (did I mention that he's annoying?), I think he adds credibility to the Blaze reporting. The lack of substantial response from the FBI or Kerkhoff puts me solidly in the "she is the person in the videos" category.
The more I research, the less I think these were viable bombs. I'm not even sure they both were planted on the night of J5. According to Julie Kelly, the woman who found the RNC device said that it definitely wasn't there at noon on 1/5 when she passed by that spot the first time.
The only things I am sure of:
1. Inside job to tarnish Trump
2. Previous Administration, FBI, Capitol Police and Democrats in Congress had no interest in making arrest
Up in air: how much current FBI wants to make arrest. (70% sure they know the identity of the person in the videos.)

D’antuono was already either deposed or questioned in front of some committee years ago.
That’s how we learned that the cell phone geofencing data had become “corrupted”.

Here's the Julie Kelly post about interviewing POI3. Confirms he lived next door to Kerkhoff.
If his story is true, it is a one in a billion coincidence that he happened to live next door to THE person identified by Blaze as the pipe bomber.

...but, then in the January, 2025 report put out by Massie's subcompact, the carriers stated that the data was NOT corrupted. Also, D'antuono didn't know if his team had interviewed the person who found the RNC device.
It's impossible that these were just mistakes.

Correct
His statement is on page 3 here

He said it wasn’t purposely corrupted and he didn’t want any conspiracy theories to come from this, though:
quote:
We did a complete geofence. We have complete data. Not complete, because there’s some data that was corrupted by one of the providers, not purposely by them, right. It just – unusual circumstance that we have corrupt data from one of the providers. I’m not sure – I can’t remember right now which one. But for that day, which is awful because we don’t have that information to search. So could it have been that provider? Yeah, with our luck, you know, with this investigation it probably was, right. So maybe if we did have that – that data wasn’t corrupted – and it wasn’t purposely corrupted. I don’t want any conspiracy theories, right. To my knowledge, it wasn’t corrupted, you know, but that could have been good information that we don’t have, right. So that is painful for us not to have that. So we looked at everything.

Julie Kelly's reporting is apparently the first concerning someone who knows Shauni Kerkhoff. According to Kelly, the neighbor said:
quote:
I’ve been contacted and I did look into the paper and when a picture of this supposed person came up, I said, yes that looks like her.
