No I’m for the constitution as it was ratified. This would exclude the incorporation doctrine, which is what is being used here. The states never ratified this, it was a court creation. I’m glad the left is having this turned around on them, but I think we shouldn’t be for this doctrine just bc it supported a policy most of us happen to like.

I think this is a fundamental misunderstanding that conservatives have regarding liberals. Conservatives believe rules apply and partly it's the defining makeup of conservatives ..Rules matter to avoid anarchy etc and we can't see that people would dismiss rules "but but but ther are rules"
Liberals see rules as arbitrary. Ends justify the means if it's a rule liberals like then they will use to enforce on conservatives "well...it's a rule". If it's something they don't like... The rules are of no consequence

As much as I despise him, I don't condone violence against him, and I'm sure he would not offer the same rights to me. But the Constitution guarantees his right to say as much stupid shite as he likes. If he were to stroke out because of his uncontrollable rage, well, that's a win in my book.
The man has no idea how to engage, debate, comprehend, or even exist alongside someone with whom he disagrees. He is the worst of the worst.
