The shoot me video does not help the prosecution. The person Rosenbum is screaming at is not Kyle. Even if whoever it was pointed a gun at him, it wasn’t Kyle who pointed the gun. I just don’t get their twisted logic

Today was pretty damned good.
Gaige looked like an idiot saying he was running in KRs direction, but “not chasing him” , but for him to admit everyone else was chasing him.
Then got him to admit that chasing someone with a gun drawn can be perceived as a threat, as well as pointing it at someone’s head.
The only thing the defense didn’t do was ask him if he was charged with assault or attempted murder for doing that.
I would have loved for the defense to also ask, “do you understand why you were shot?”
