I am pretty sure he is finally more concerned about being free than being legendary.

and FWIW... if he dropped that line on the stand then he likely goes to jail for a long time b/c that would've been the one 'gotcha' moment the prosecution would've been looking for to play to the jury that he was looking for trouble

The scary part is you might be right. But his consistent retreat indicated he did everything to remove himself from the situation, even when he’s not obligated to do so.

So a FAAFO - while def not smart from a legal perspective - can’t change the facts.

This is curious. Aren’t they calling a self defense expert up? I wonder if they could stop the video prior to the shootings and ask if he would have been justified in shooting at this time even though he didn’t.

You may have to expound on that one a bit. I'm trying to see it from that perspective but coming up with zero
Mostly his not answering questions directly and some of his answers seemed untruthful, like about shooting at the gravel pit and not knowing that his rifle could shoot at targets from a distance.

If you’re gonna convict a kid based on some random arse distance shooting at a gravel pit, I hope to god you’re never near a jury.

That wasn't Really what he said. He said he didn't know how far away he could hit targets from. I took that to mean he didn't know it's maximum range

That was Binger's claim--that he didn't know that. Not KR's. Idiot.

So irrelevant shite that has nothing to do with the fact that he was attacked by a couple of terrorist ANTIFA thugs?

It’s not debatable at this point and I will gladly debate anyone that thinks it isn’t.
No one can make an argument that the media mob has stopped any pretense of trying to inform the public. They are 100% out to influence the public.

Because you have two polar opposite belief systems.

One group believes you have the right to defend yourself with a firearm.

One group believes you have no right to defend yourself, especially with a firearm.

One group believes in the 2nd Amendment.

One group thinks it should be abolished.
Yet, only one side gets described as "extreme".
