I really hope this DA finds himself on the other end of some culcha at some point in his life sooner than later.

This DA is such a POS, but remember the only reason he has this opportunity is the defense put Kyle on the stand and isn't defending him almost at all.

How does the jury not see right through this? They can see the man chasing him and have seen this dude acting erratically. I mean what does the DA think was going to happen?

WTF? This is infuriating.

None of this is hurting Kyle's case though. This has been a win for the defense.

If you think the jury is going to decide the verdict on him not having a drivers license then Kyle never had a chance in the first place.

Did I ever say that ? No. Stop twisting the facts. I said that he drove, routinely, to work with out even having a drivers license. What 17 yr old kid doesn't have his license yet? See, a decent lawyer could add that to the scale against Kyle being a 'good kid'. Fortunately for the Defense, the State doesn't have a good lawyer.

But that's just one example. As anyone knows, you don't put a kid on the stand when his life is in the balance unless there's a reason. The Defense was kicking arse, and there WAS no reason.

Sorry ( not sorry ) to the Sunshine pumpers on this, but it's just a bad move. And there's nothing anyone can say to change that fact.

This dude is chasing him. What was he supposed to do? Let him catch him and beat the frick out of him?

Yeah I'm wondering if all of us have to wait until a perp gives a dissertation as to why they want to disarm us and that they intend to do so before we defend ourselves?

I want to beat the frick out of this ADA. Piece of shite.

Probably wouldn’t be a hefty assignment. The circa-2003 half-fauxhawk screams maximum douche level.

It’s dangerous to keep chasing someone down who’s holding a gun after you’ve threatened to kill that person and attempt to take their gun .

Dont bring logic into the prosecutions case.

He’s clearly still distraught over having to shoot him. This is not helping the prosecution at all. Typically, the defendant testifying is a mistake. In this case, so far, it was absolutely the right decision IMO.

All the prosecution is doing right now is trying to get to the end of the day so they can prep more questions for him tomorrow morning.

This is a delaying tactic.

Kyle forgot to mention the gunshot going off (by whats his name) that also surely made him fear for his life.

Keep in mind this ADA believes you have ZERO right to defend yourself. None. Under any circumstance.

This argument is atrocious. Someone was chasing and threatening someone so how dare you defend yourself!

So his life is in the balance because he didn’t have a drivers license?

An older wiser lawyer used to drill into my head, "Remember this son...... 'SIT DOWN WHEN YOUR WINNING'."

Not sure what his advice would be if would be LOSING as bad as this prosecutor. Everything from his pink tie and pocket square, lack of awareness, voice, demeanor, courtroom presence (or lack thereof) is absolutely F'ing terrible. I would suggest he not just sit down, but perhaps run out the door, and apply somewhere for a job as a notary public.

The prosecution would argue that, yes, conservatives are supposed to let liberals kill them. That’s what this trial is all about, taking away the right to defend oneself. A fricking kid took down three of their finest. They are trying to convince others not to defend themselves.

That's what this is about and nothing else. Have said that since the start.
