If the prosecution has that video, it would have to be provided in discovery, would it not? Pretty sure that would be called prosecutorial misconduct, and grounds for immediate dismissal. You can’t withhold exculpatory evidence.

I’m simply not buying that digitally stored video is suddenly lost. It’s not a vhs tape that is hidden in the back of a warehouse. It takes little to no effort to retrieve every last shred of drone surveillance footage from that night. The only reason it can’t be “found” is because the fbi doesn’t want it “found”

It's kinda hard to follow from the videos of the people on the ground. The aerial view is good though. It clearly shows Rosenbaum chasing him and that a shot was fired from someone else shortly before Kyle turned around and shot him, at what looked to be point blank range.

They put a bystander witness on the stand. I only heard parts but I don’t think it moved the needle one way or the other.
