I’m not watching either halftime show, if I want to watch scripted sports entertainment, I’ll watch WWE

If America is Leftist and Queer then, I'm Anti-American.

Bad bunny sucks but do I have to pretend that kid rock is good?

I don’t need to change channels at the half because I won’t be watching the game. If you think the NFL needs being taught a lesson yet you still watch the game then you might be an idiot.

I'm going to do even better than skipping the halftime show. I haven't watched the NFL since they basically forced Drew Brees to cuck himself for simply saying that he would never disrespect the American flag that many of his relatives had fought to defend.
Of course, Drew should've been a man and stiuck to his guns.
Possibly the most embarrassing moment in NFL history.
Yes and I always wondered what would have happened with Drew if he would have not caved to the liberals at the NFL?

That’s exactly what this is. NFL is capitalist. They increase the viewership of their main event by hiring an insanely popular, internationally famous artist as the halftime performer.
They would never hire Kid Rock because it’s 2026
I could have seen Kid Rock headlining a halftime show....25 years ago.
Bawitdaba was released in 1999
Once the halftime show became a thing, it has almost always been pop stuff of the time. Just to give some contemporaries when Kid Rock would have met those standards:
quote:
The 1999 NFL Super Bowl XXXIII halftime show, titled "Celebration of Soul, Salsa and Swing," was held on January 31, 1999, in Miami, featuring headliners Gloria Estefan, Stevie Wonder, and Big Bad Voodoo Daddy.
quote:
The 2000 Super Bowl XXXIV halftime show, titled "A Tapestry of Nations," was a Disney-produced, millennium-themed spectacle held on January 30, 2000, in Atlanta. It featured performances by Phil Collins, Christina Aguilera, Enrique Iglesias, and Toni Braxton, with narration by Edward James Olmos.
quote:
The 2001 Super Bowl XXXV halftime show ("The Kings of Rock and Pop"), produced by MTV, featured a mash-up performance by Aerosmith and *NSYNC, with special guests Britney Spears, Mary J. Blige, and Nelly on January 28, 2001. The show featured hits like "Bye Bye Bye," "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing," and a collaborative "Walk This Way".
quote:
The 2003 Super Bowl XXXVII halftime show, held on January 26, 2003, at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, featured country star Shania Twain, rock band No Doubt, and Sting.
Now after Nipplegate where were some absolutely horrible "old man" halftime shows (Rolling Stones, The Who, Paul McCartney, Tom Petty, etc.), which is why they aren't going back to that.
The Super Bowl isn't a real football game and the halftime show isn't for people who particularly like football. Watching a bunch of old men melt about it online while not realizing this basic fact has become an annual tradition. If this were Madden, they'd get a 0 in awareness.

I voted for Trump 3 times and will vote for the next Pub candidate for president.
But what the hell is wrong with you people?

They only view politics via an in/out group lens

Screw the NFL. Free agency was the beginning of the end. Not sure I watched a single game this season.
#1 Corporate welfare for the ultra wealthy
#2 Too many commercials to feed the media companies fat cats
#3 Prima Donna player making far too much
#4 Live games are for those who can take out a loan for a day event
