Mamdani and NYC are going to be fine. When the Recucks lose the Congress and eventually the White House there will be a big US taxpayer bailout for Mamdani and NYC.

He refers to the retiree fund as a reserve fund. I assume this is for employees of the city. He isn't going after 401Ks or private accounts correct?

I mean, it’s not quite so black and white. Florida has gone from a purple state to pretty damn deep red with its ever increasing electoral votes.
If you’re a conservative in upstate NY or rural CA, you are simply too outnumbered.

My only concern is that I do enjoy NYC. It’s a fascinating vibrant city that even with all its warts, has continued to be a historically important center to the world and this a-hole is driving it directly into the ditch after years of guys putting one wheel in it..
