The question doesn't refute his claims. The daycares could easily put on a show the day of inspections/certifications but that doesnt mean they are operating with kids on a daily basis.

Sure, but also nobody has provided any legitimate evidence (and jsut about every fact checker has picked him apart) and nobody outside of online weirdos (again, no evidence) is seriously alleging foul play at any of those 10 daycares.
