That's the whole point. The shooting WAS justified under rational thinking, but unless the shooting officer is entitled to federal immunity, he could be subjected to the Minnesota system. Do you think Derek Chauvin got a fair trial?

The more I watch the video, I feel there is a possibility that whole thing was to entice ICE agents to come close to the vehicle to eventually do some harm to them. Parking the vehicle in the street blocking traffic knowing that would draw attention. Then the outside the vehicle person actually trying to get the ICE agent to come closer to them by antagonizing him and then when he was close she gave the command her partner to drive into him.
That would also explain why she is so visibly upset afterwards.

There was definitely an attempt to do harm. ...but I think it was just opportunistic. He walked in front of the vehicle (which was a mistake) and she jumped on the opportunity to try to kill him.

The woman outside said to drive before the driver started accelerating forward. She also said to drive while what looked like she was attempting to get in which was weird.
