The ICE agent will assert limited federal authority which, if successful, will get the case moved to federal court to be tried under Minnesota law.

how often do good, honest cops approach a car with "get out of the fricking car" and yarding on the door to a middle aged woman parked?
yeah, i've seen the show cops too. love it. that approach generally follows a chase. some woman parked across one lane of neigborhood traffic? not so much. could have easily driven around her
videos showing exactly what i described are all over this thread. you can agree or disagree with the intent or the outcome, but that's what happened
