It's funny to me that this board, generally, loves Ron Paul but hates Massie even though they are aligned on most issues.

Yes there are people who want to spend this country into oblivion. Most are libtards and some are GOPe.
You left off the MAGA folks. They are delivering the GOPe everything they wanted and more. The swamp owns MAGA.

Voters control that. "We" love our congress. Re-electing them well-over 90% of the time. It's a life-long job, as long as they deliver the pork.

MAGA can never complain a bout fiscal issues again. They've proven they want to spend like progressives.

Trump exists because the Republican Party left its voters.

You just didn't realize it.

Just like the "Tea Party" MAGA has been co-opted by the RINOs. Though the TP may have lasted longer

Who would have thought that MAGA would be celebrating adding 3.7 trillion to the debt?

It wouldn’t matter one iota what kind of bill proposal Trump made, wouldn’t matter a bit what was in it to some amongst us - because they’re hellbent on dismissing every single thing he does or proposes as an epic failure anyway. Thus, why pay serious attention to them and try to accommodate them in any way? It’s a fruitless waste of time and energy and resources.

You are a slow learner.
How have baby steps worked out for the last 30 years?

I mean, yeah, but we got the GOPE back in power. So... I'm not sure voting for Trump was very effective.

That's silly. Elon supported Trump until he decided to outspend Biden. I'm no different. If the BBB had any sort of meaningful fiscal responsiblity--I'd cheer it on.
