Cruz is an excellent public speaker. He does not repeat himself and is not verbose. In a debate he would destroy you. To compare him to Hannity indicates you know nothing about rhetoric.
The concept of 'likeability' is subjective. Some people actually like poodles. I think they're disgusting.
