They know they’re lying. The lies are on purpose because they’re trying to rally people to their cause, which is defending the indefensible.
What they’re really saying is “we know a black thug murdered a white kid in cold blood and since we don’t have a defense of that we’re going to make up lies about a white kid in an unrelated incident”.

What is their cause.
It's never going to get better than they had it in 2021.
They got to be racist against white people.
They got jobs and promotions they weren't qualified for because of their skin color.
People were afraid to make them angry.
