Peace and Quiet App *map is working again*

This gentleman put together an app to help people find upstanding communities to live in based on criteria like public housing locations, section 8 locations, number of Hellcats owned, number of liquor stores, payday loan store locations, things like that. Seems like a pretty useful tool so just passing it along as a public service announcement. Hopefully he continues to expand on the criteria. LINK

That's correct. Dark purple are absolute no go zones.

Yep. It's illegal for realtors to disclose such information to you. It's not illegal for you to know it though.

The author has been building out this app for the last 5 days or so. The first filter was common AA first names. It's really develop a lot in the last few days.

This information is already used by leftists to determine where they want to try to put public housing (the green areas). You aren't achieving anything by not knowing it.

I can't wait for the liberal news reporters on MSNBC and CNN crying on live TV about this app.

I don't believe they'll talk about it. They know that would just make this app extremely popular.

It has been illegal ever since fair housing came about. Maybe Obama expanded it but he wasn't the start of it.
I took the realtor exam way back in 2001 and remember whole sections covering it, and even back then, you had to have a client sign fair housing disclosures.
Did Obama change something I am unaware of?

In 2015, the Obama administration introduced the AFFH rule, which expanded the role of the federal government in local zoning decisions by increasing the certification process. It mandated the completion of complex jurisdictional and regional analysis, submission of a 92-question grading tool, and an analysis of impediments.
In 2020, the first Trump administration terminated the Obama-era 2015 AFFH rule, which “proved to be costly, complicated, and ineffective.” In 2021, the Biden administration restored the main provisions of the 2015 AFFH rule.

This is where AI and data excel.
Peace and Quiet may be the app of the year for 2026.
I believe it's the Base 44 website that allows individuals to take their ideas for app development and the AI tool takes the individuals parameters for a potential app and the AI does the development.
I remember 3-4 years ago I told people on this forum this ^^^^ was coming and was down voted mercilessly.
