It will be the US vs Cohen. He will be pleading to committing an offence against the USA. aka Damage.

This would be DOJ confirming that a campaign finance violation was committed by Trump's team to sway an election. Not a small thing.

The FEC complaint is new. That’s why. You are aware of the FEC complaint, right?

In north carolina’s House race alone, 12 different candidates committed campaign finance violations. Committing crimes to sway an election!!! You really should slow down. You are making yourself look silly.

1- no they are not. That's what YOUR hope is.

2- Nothing illegal about it. Maybe it is illegal to extort money from Trump.. That's called black mail

3- If it is a crime, it's a slap on the wrist. Bernie got one for 2016 too.

bullshite.

The purpose was to determine if obstruction of justice occurred.

Can you even explain why Mueller suddenly took over finding out who hacked the DNC? Or what Russians propagated a social media campaign to try and influence the election?

It's a fishing expedition.

How the hell can you even determine if something the Russians did "influenced" anyone? Where and how exactly do you even quantify this?

The information the Russians supposedly released was Democrats real words from their actual emails. How the hell do you quantify the concept of truthful real transparency as an attempt to wrongfully influence people?

You are BY FAR the most dishonest mother fricker in this entire forum and everyone here knows it, including you. You're as morally and intellectually bankrupt as they come.

You're an idiot
Obstruction of justice isn't mentioned at all in the appointment scope

Quit making shite up again, and go do some actual research

I understand your HOPE is that Trump did something evil.

However, people end up having issues like this.

Sanders Campaign Accuses Clinton and DNC of Violating Campaign Finance Rules

It's a simple fine....

Sanders campaign pays $14.5K fine

LINK

Sen. Bernie Sanders's (I-Vt.) presidential campaign paid a $14,500 fine to settle a federal election complaint after an Australian political party paid for foreign volunteers to help Sanders during the 2016 presidential primary.

You dismiss as a whataboutism. The point is that campaign finance violations happen hundreds of times every election. You thinking this means anything about anyone besides Cohen is hyperbole. You want it to so badly. It just isn’t a big deal.

The very FIRST paragraph sir.

quote:

Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, on Tuesday reached a plea agreement with prosecutors investigating payments he made to women on behalf of Mr. Trump, a deal that does not include cooperation with federal authorities, two people familiar with the matter said.

hat's first...

2- Again... I just gave you examples of people who committed campaign finance violations and the results.

No. I never said what about this or that. I stated it happens and gave 2 examples to show that it happens a lot and is not anything other than a fine.

You are talking out of your arse.

Comey leaked his notes to his college professor buddy who leaked them to the media, and he admitted he did this in the hopes Rosenstein would then appoint a Special Counsel.

The entire freaking premise was Obstruction of Justice at the onset.

The catalyst was Comey claiming that Trump asked him to backoff Flynn, as well as Trump making a public statement that he was going to fire Comey even without the recommendation letter from Rosenstein and Sessions.

So again, why did RR appoint the SC on the basis of possible Obstruction of Justice, but then give him carte blanche to take over the entire "Collusion" investigation, which the FBI was already investigating?

Both of these can be true. He can be pleading guilty AND not Cooperating with Federal officials on other issues... Sorry if you can't understand multilayered legal issues.

Yes. I could not foresee that Mueller would go after anyone for anything, even with absolutely zero connection to Russia.

When I said dems would go down was because I thought we would be confined to crimes involving working with Russia. That was my whole point. When a democrat accuses you of wrongdoing, you can take it to the bank that the dems are guilty of the alleged action.

You know that was my point. However, you won the bet. More R’s have gone down in the mueller probe than D’s. I mistakenly thought honestly bob would be honest and not abuse his power. Silly me.
