Ok, but wouldn't the flu shot and a mask in tight spaces make sense during flu season?

so does staying the frick away from people... which is my solution during flu season.... even though I am the grocery shopper in the house. I'm not all up on strangers in the grocery store.

Sadly, my underwear didn't block it.

So, go get your shots and keep your mask on and stay in your mom's basement. It's your freedom to do so. But don't bother those of us who are willing to take our chances with risks. We don't want to live like you.

Pick one?

I'll stick to arguing my own comments and not those made by others. Nice deflection, though.

The reality is that the divert situation makes your comparison weak.

To deflect, I'd have had to fully understand the point you were making. Seriously. I didn't. That's not a knock. It just wasn't clear to me so, feel free to clarify.

In any case, if causing someone to die because they ended up catching shite you had = verrry bad, then we should have ALWAYS been wearing masks and we should never stop wearing them.

I was in a nice grocery store the other day, not wearing a mask when given the option. A woman in her 30’s was coming towards me and when she got about 10 feet away, she spread eagle against the shelves to her back and slid past me. She looked like Indiana Jones in some boobytrapped cave. I had to laugh.

Let’s face it - 99.999% of the mask wearers are doing it out of fear; fear of catching the virus or the fear of getting a real life downvote from others. They are confused that real life isn’t a Facebook popularity contest and the mob doesn’t always rule.

To the liars who claim they wear a fear flag because it’s inconsiderate to not wear a mask and it’s okay to call out others in public, what type of retaliation against China do you support?

Why did so many mask wearers throw a huge fit when Trump mentioned the use of hydroxychloroquine? Yeah, probably misspelled but you know what I mean.

Aged parents at home? They’re never going to have a better chance of survival than today. The virus will always be here - why be so selfish as to demand millions change the way they live in an effort to outsmart Mother Nature?

Can we make laws to address the anti-vaxxers? They won’t take a China Flu vaccine.

Mask wearing mandates are about power and control. You have surrendered your God-given gift of logical thinking to blindly follow some politician whose family is off somewhere ignoring the rule. There are a lot of “simple” things you can do to make the world safer so why is a mask the hill so many choose to die on?

Maybe I misinterpreted your post but drawing comparisons to the historical response to other communicable diseases as a means to argue against masks in this situation is a flawed argument, IMO.

But, if you are arguing

quote:

if causing someone to die because they ended up catching shite you had = verrry bad, then we should have ALWAYS been wearing masks and we should never stop wearing them.

then have at it. Im not sure who was pushing that line of thinking, but it's flawed too.

This has zero to do with wearing a mask to stop the spread. If that were the truth the gov would be supplying the proper mask, that were fitted to the user, and would curd this.

This is the typical govt over reach to see what they can get the populous to do, and go farther with every chance they get.

ah. Yes this is a misunderstanding of my argument. My argument is that it has always been possible for you to give someone else a disease that they end up dying from. Communicable diseases have always existed and will continue to exist. As such Why haven't we always been wearing masks and why would somebody who demands that we do it now ever stop?

I have found that if I leave my dick hanging out when I go places, people completely forget about me not wearing a mask.

If people who are afraid or vulnerable are wearing masks (and they actually work) then why should someone not wearing one bother them at all. I mean they're protected, right?

Did all of you melt this hard when you were forced to wear seatbelts?

Yes. Seat belt laws are illogical. I've had the debate with cops at the gym. They agree with me except for one thing...it allows them to stop some people they suspect of other crimes. They said 'If we stop you for a seat belt and you don't have drugs you should be allowed to move on.'

Data proved seatbelts can save your life.

Masks are bullshite and not effective.

Washing hands and not touching your face absolutely work but you don't hear anything about it compared to masks because they don't promote virtue signaling or politician power trips.
