Federal DA's are often dismissed across the board when a new President takes office.

How do y'all expect this to play out?
Will Eric Adams resign?
Will Emil Bove resign?
Will the NY Governor oust the mayor?
Nothing?
I've never seen members of the opposite party(The republican DA and ADA in NY) , resign in protest over a case on a Democrat(Eric Adams), with an order from the Republican DOJ(Bove and Bondi).

Is there a single quote, note or post from this attorney regarding any single prosecution or lawsuit brought against Trump
If there is just one I will completely reevaluate my opinion otherwise this person is nothing more than a political hack who's trying to create something because she's being told to do something she doesn't want to do

Hearing that Bove found an attorney to sign the motion to dismiss. Hope it’s worth it for them.
If they filed it as a motion to dismiss without prejudice, I wouldn't be surprised to see sanctions.

That’s because the motivation is not about political affiliation. Prosecutors have a job to do. They abide by the constitution. They don’t believe there is a valid legal reason to dismiss what appears to be a very convincing case that their office worked hard to prosecute.

Adams won't be prosecuted while he is mayor.
New York will get favorably federal treatment for the rest of Adams's term.
The New York Democratic regime will make sure Adams doesn't get re-elected.
President Chelsea Clinton's DOJ will prosecute Adams in 2037 if he's still alive.

How you can post that with a straight face is laughable and a bit scary
Go take a look at all of the cases file in the last four years including the ones against Trump and everyone associated with him
Then go ask the Baker in Colorado for multiple lawsuits against them
Everything that was done was done politically and it's not even close to argue

When did the senate confirm her? She was an acting USA.
Posted on 2/14/25 at 2:08 pm to Riverside
I was wrong on that. Trump chose her to be acting. He has another nominee waiting for confirmation (who I’m sure is loving this before his hearing
).

Folks who cheered on the persecution of pro lifers, random J6ers and refused to enforce immigration laws are suddenly all "hope it's worth it!"
We don't care. There may be political blowback. But the only worthwhile political goal for the administration is to do as much catastrophic damage as possible to those who've sought tirelessly to inflict harm on normal, traditional Americans over the last 4 years.

You’re all over the place. And apparently don’t understand the facts here.
But if you want to explain the political motivation behind the prosecutors’ resignations - then go right ahead.

The facts are that Adams came out vocally opposed to illegal immigration as it was hurting NY, their citizens and straining their resources.
The Biden administration retaliated and brought federal charges against him. As a result of the pending federal charges that meant Adams lost his federal clearances which meant he could no longer have access to federal information, including information regarding the immigration crisis in his city. And poof, suddenly Adams can’t do a fricking thing about the federal government dumping illegals in the city.
Trump DOJ is dropping the politically driven charges and restoring his federal clearances which allow him to cooperate in removing illegals. The media is trying to spin this as some sort of quid quo pro, but Adams already wanted to get rid of the illegal immigrants…it is why Biden’s DOJ was targeting him in the first place.
The folks that resigned aren’t principled. They support the Biden policies and don’t like that they have a new boss.
Those are the political motivations.

These resignations are about politics not law.
A good lawyer can take a set of "facts" and argue for or against. That is the exact politics going on. The left will judge shop to give this the corrupt judiciary stamp of approval and the propaganda arm will run with it.
Based upon how many fake impeachment and lawsuits the left has run since 2016 they have lost the right to pull this crap.
We have seen the marxist pull this before. And anyone who tries to support or promote this now is lowbrow scum.

The Biden administration retaliated and brought federal charges against him.
From ChatGPT&GrokAI
"Analysis of the "Retaliation" Claim:
>The federal investigation into Adams started in early 2023, well before his major public opposition to sanctuary city policies in late 2023.
>The FBI raided Adams' fundraiser and seized his devices in November 2023, before he started actively opposing illegal immigration.
>The charges were formally brought in September 2024, months after his opposition to sanctuary policies—but based on an ongoing investigation predating those statements.
>The Trump administration dropped the charges in 2025, citing their impact on Adams' ability to help with immigration enforcement.
Conclusion:
The claim that the Biden administration "retaliated" against Adams does not align with the actual timeline. The investigation began long before his anti-sanctuary city stance, meaning the charges were not directly linked to his immigration policies. However, political motivations could have influenced the timing or decision to indict him, but there is no concrete evidence of that at this point."
Seeing as how the timeline's dont match up, what evidence can you share that supports your claim?

Evidence that these prosecutors support Biden policies? Trump wouldn't have appointed Sassoon if she supported Biden policies.

So she's mad they can't put democrats in jail?

These attorneys are dyed in the wool conservatives. They clerked for Scalia and Roberts. These are Trump voters who won't violate their oath of office for brownie points.
