So the attack was planned by members of the government? The PB were dumb to go along.
This smells a lot like the Michigan Governor “plot.”
Rather ironic when considering the guy that ran that was also present in DC.

So, what's the bar here? Anytime anyone does anything to halt the processes of government and it's "laws", it's "seditious conspiracy"?
Looks like it.
If Republicans had any balls at all, they'd go hard after everyone who is in the way of enforcing immigration laws. Charge them w/ sedition. Charge all of them and don't let up.
