Pretty much a yes or no.

If so, why? I want to try to understand the reasoning behind it.

So, you want to talk about ignoring the Constitution?

The Obama and Biden did the same thing by getting us into the Paris Accords.

The first line, literally, of the Paris Accords page on the UN website:

"The Paris Agreement is a legally binding international treaty on climate change.

When has the U.S. Senate ever ratified the Paris Accords?

Don't yap about Trump ignoring the Constitution if your supported Obama and Biden. It just makes you look like an idiot. Seriously. You have to either have zero functioning brain cells, or else just be an utterly dishonest partisan. Which applies to you?

Impressive how quickly you abandoned your own poorly thought-out thread.

I have one for you.

When one's existence is being immediately threatened, does following the rules matter?

I'm going to guess, since he didn't specify, OP is referring to sending American citizens to prisons on foreign soil and that being unconstitutional.

But, he'd be wrong. Let's revise a phrase used in birthright citizenship that the left has twisted to use to allow an invasion (hence the Alien Enemies Act by the way); that phrase is subject to the jurisdiction.

So a prison on foreign soil, administered at least in part by the US Fed gov, where the inmates have access to US Fed courts (Covid telecourt/rules anyone... that was deemed appropriate and legal) is subject to the jurisdiction of these United States and is perfectly legal.

dumbest attempt at a gotcha I've seen in a while.

Trump is more of a constitutionalist than any POTUS in my lifetime - and I remember all the way back to FDR - I still remember when he died.

Trump would have been quite welcome at the Constitutional Convention.

On the other hand, the democrat party sees our constitution as a big impediment to their fondest desire - a total dictatorship with a huge military to back it up.

Rather than request this board to make blind swings at whatever point you are trying to make, why don't YOU state at least ONE item which supports your assertion. You may get some takers if it has any semblance of rationality to it and perhaps we could have a debate.

On the other hand, if you are just trolling - change the bait. This one stinks.

Like if he tried to give away 2 billion dollars in tax money to a democrat ngo in the name of “climate change”? Yes that would piss me off.

Or knowingly allow millions of people to invade our country and act like it’s not happening?
Would make me super pissed?

Democrats need to know that when your team is trying to destroy the country without any moral compass don’t expect us to care when our guy plays for keeps

Yes the OP was so specific I’m sure people will pivot away from having to answer that very direct line of questioning.

I've read through the thread and still waiting on you to cite examples of Trump breaking from the Constitution. Also, there is clear evidence that both Biden and Obama did exactly that.

I think you are crying over the illegals, wrongly thinking they are afforded due process. They aren't. Before you go on a crying mission saying we "have to prove they are illegals"...please go ahead and cite examples of us sending away American citizens. You are just playing the what if game, like most virtue signaling women do.

The bottom line is that you are mentally ill and not capable of making the hard choices that need to be made to save this country. It is why women should not be in power. Feelings.

No.
But it's a dumb question, because it has not happened.

Question for GamecockUltimate regarding Judges and the Constitution.
Are you okay with Judges enacting rulings which disregard or ignore the constitution so that they can further push their agenda?

A lot of people here will likely respond by saying you have a bad case of TDS. But, what they fail to realize is that TDS goes both ways, and they truly believe the man is all-knowing and can do no wrong because they have been brain washed so bad. But if someone on the left did the exact same thing they’d act all high and mighty saying how wrong it is.

So the OP asks a dumb question. Provides no examples of why he thinks Trump is ignoring the constitution. Runs away from the thread

In other words, the OP is a leftist troll

Nope

Of course I suspect you are going to give us some retarded claim that he is doing such things but the answer is no. Which is good because he hasn't
