Yes, this is what they're claiming (not kidding). Apparently Infowars and Alex Jones are paid Russian agents with a direct line to Putin himself. This was discussed in a Congressional hearing the other day (again, not kidding). And it's not just Infowars, they are accusing a lot of the "alt media" of being Russian agents.
This is their plan to censor the web.
