This is what he does. I mentioned HPV vaccines (I MEANT HEP B) and for an hour he argued HPV knowing I admitted making a mistake.
Oh that was you! Omg I wouldn’t have argued with you after that if I remembered you thought neonates got HPV vaccines
And no one argued with you for an hour. We all just laughed at you immediately.

Depends on your definition of psychopathy. It’s a colloquial term at this point, not medical. Since it’s not a medical diagnosis, I guess you can define it however you want.
Let’s see what the psychology experts say:
quote:
While these terms are widely used in clinical and common language, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) uses neither “psychopath” nor “sociopath” as diagnostic terms. These descriptions are most closely represented in the DSM by a condition called antisocial personality disorder (ASPD).

Yet no one has suggested I see a psychiatrist bc I may have ASPD. That’s the thing about medicine and medical diagnoses: words matter. I hope I’ve taught you that by now

I did, but you never responded.

Bingo. If only you had the foresight and knowledge to know this, you could have simply asked “Should those with ASPD be allowed to own guns?” and avoided my making you look silly over multiple pages.
Btw, I love when you cite sources that agree with me

And I was correct from my very first post.
Can’t be true since you just shared a link that says “psychopath” isn’t in the DSM5 when you thought it was.

You said psychopaths didn’t exist.

In the DSM? As a diagnosable medical condition? It doesn’t.
Cmon man you’ve already conceded this—don’t start going backwards.

Are you sure? I did a simple google search.

The DSM-5 categorizes psychotic disorders, which include schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and brief psychotic disorder, among others. These disorders are characterized by symptoms such as delusions, hallucinations, and disorganized thinking, impacting a person's ability to distinguish reality from false perceptions.
quote:
Psychosis is characterized by a disconnection from reality, often manifesting through symptoms such as delusions and hallucinations. The DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition) categorizes psychotic disorders and provides criteria for diagnosis.
quote:
Disorder Duration of Symptoms Key Features
Schizophrenia 6 months or more Delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, negative symptoms
Schizophreniform Disorder 1 to 6 months Similar symptoms to schizophrenia but shorter duration
Brief Psychotic Disorder Less than 1 month Sudden onset of psychosis, often triggered by stress, resolves completely
Schizoaffective Disorder Varies Symptoms of schizophrenia plus mood disorder features
Substance/Medication-Induced Psychotic Disorder Varies Symptoms occur during or shortly after substance use or withdrawal
Psychotic Disorder Due to Another Medical Condition Varies Symptoms linked to a medical condition affecting brain function
Delusional Disorder Persistent Stable delusions without other significant psychotic symptoms

Kind of like we are doing with the “surgeon” arguing mental health.

Ahhh. Now fake doc. Don’t backtrack. Let’s take a look:
quote:
Wait. Are you….a supposed medical doctor…claiming that because psychopathy is not specifically defined in the DSM that psychopathy doesn’t exist???

It’s not my claim, it is medical fact.

Cmon man you’ve already conceded this—don’t start going backwards.
Psychologists agree with me.
How you can’t comprehend that is hilariously sad. Maybe you are a psycho??

How much mental health education did you get during those engineering classes in undergrad?

Does the number of psychology/mental health classes taken determine who is the authority?

The Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) COVID-19 vaccine expired as of May 6, 2023, and is no longer available in the U.S.

“a supposed medical doctor”
Likely flunked out.I know good and damn well he,Tiger Doc and crazy4lsu are not real doctors with real patients.
Real doctors don’t have time to stay on TD all day.
They’re just a trio of wannabe incels with no life.Kinda sad if you think about it.This is apparently all they’ve got.

yeah, they pulled it due to rare clots. But it goes to show that post-marketing vaccine safety monitoring does exist and will put the kibosh on big pharma at times.

How dare you. I'm neglecting my charting like any respectable doctor.

Idk, as the guy who is under the impression a surgeon can’t know anything about mental health

Ahahaha you guys will believe anything that suits you. If you object to the way I talk, I am very skeptical you could handle the sundry toxicity of residency. Apparently you don’t understand that people can post from their phones.
Later, as I’m doing admits tonight, we are going to take our favorite vaccine and bird it into the patient’s mouth before we admit them. Originally our admin wanted us to French kiss our patients as a way of spreading the vaccine but then we decided we didn’t want to kiss fat people.
