I have asked Microsoft "Copilot" at least 3 times for the exact 2019 Order granting legal protection to Kilmar.
Each time it has said it cannot provide the Order but it was a legal protective ruling prohibiting deportation issued by an immigration judge.
Its sources are usa today, the hill, msn and ap.
color me shocked.
Does anyone have access to the 2019 immigration order. I suspect it does not absolutely prohibit his deportation and probably describes him being here illegally but I have not seen absolute proof of that.

I'm trying to understand this whole situation, and the court order. But as soon as I see "Maryland man", or "Maryland Father of..." I stop. Any article using that wording is going to be biased.
Gee, so when I was in Germany on business, I'd describe myself as a 'German Father of three"? I don't think so. Even if I was there on some sort of extended work Visa, I'm still a US citizen, and this guy is an El Salvador citizen.
He entered illegally, never took steps to make that legal, until after he was caught. Only then does he claim asylum (too late, you have one year), only then does he marry the woman he met 3 years prior.
