So Durbin is 100% lying when he is "quoting" the report, right? Sounds like a paraphrase since he "doesn't have it in front of him" and RR can't find it in the report.

He’s paraphrasing a quote that can’t be found as RR is looking at it.

I hope one of the later Republicans circles back to that and says those words were not in the report - or that similarly to the second question they were attributed to one of the witnesses and not a finding of the Mueller Report.
